Untoasted Soya Flakes (Enzyme-Active) obtained from Soya bean seeds by the process of cracking, dehulling, flaking, extracting, desolventizing, to get flakes with white to creamish color. Defatted Soya Flakes Untoasted is a high Protein, Low in fat products. Untoasted Soy Protein is processed from dehulled defatted soybean using minimal heat treatment. The protein retains its original structure and high lipoxygenase activity. The untoasted soy protein has high water absorption/retention; fat repulsion abilities. The protein content of the flakes is around 50-52% which stands to be much higher than the other grains.

Soy Protein grits & flour processed from Indian Non-GMO yellow soybean; as a cost effective and high quality protein ingredient for food applications.

The characteristics make it suitable ingredient for dough conditioning in bakery applications & fortification of cereals. The untoasted soy protein can also be further heat treated through extrusion to make soya nuggets, texturized vegetable protein, and dal (pulse) analogue.

Soya Flakes Untoasted is used in manufacturing of Textured Soya Protein (Soya chunks/Soya granules), Cakes, Bakery Goods, Pasta, Soups, Sauces & Gravies, In Fortification of cereals, Sweet Goods (Dough Nut), Fried Pie / Pasta, Adhesive Glue, and Dal (lentils) Analogue, Impart Functional Characteristics like Emulsification & Stabilizing High water absorption.

Soyabean grits can be used as a source of high protein ingredient in all classes of poultry, aqua, swine and equine feed formulations. Widely used by poultry firms.

Storage: Should be kept in cool & dry conditions below 25°C. Avoid exposure to Moisture, heat & light.

Shelf Life: 6 months from the date of manufacturing.
